ZTR Professional, LLC, is the premier full-service agency in sports and e-sports, representing athletes, coaches, talent, and gamers. Founded by former college athletes, ZTR Professional strives to bring a blue-collar work ethic to the agency business, which is severely lacking from other agencies.

ZTR Professional has a proven track record of success in negotiating contracts with compensation, including salary, bonuses and related benefits, of significant, long-term monetary value.

Andrew D. Schmidt is one half of the ownership of ZTR Professional, LLC, as well as an NFLPA certified contract advisor and attorney. Andrew played football at the University of Montana before going to law school at Ohio Northern University and starting ZTR Professional, LLC, with James Polles. In addition to being an agent, Andrew also practices law in Denver, Colorado. 

James E. Polles

James E. Polles is the other half of ZTR Professional, LLC. James attended the University of Scranton where he played soccer for the Royals. After getting his degree from Scranton, James attended Ohio Northern University Law School where he met Andrew and they started ZTR Professional, LLC. James is an NFLPA certified contract advisor and practices law in his home state of New Jersey.
